ADHD GROUP

This group is for adult women who were diagnosed with ADHD later in life and are realizing that diagnosis alone didn’t solve everything. Whether you were diagnosed last year or ten years ago, this group focuses on what comes after awareness, unlearning survival strategies, rebuilding self-trust, and creating systems that actually fit your life now.

Many women with ADHD become experts at pushing through: overfunctioning, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and carrying invisible mental load. The diagnosis can bring clarity, but it doesn’t automatically undo years of burnout, shame, relationship strain, or inconsistent follow-through.

This is a supportive, structured group designed to help you move forward, without relying on productivity hacks that don’t stick. We’ll focus on practical tools and meaningful change in areas like executive functioning, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, boundaries, and identity beyond “high functioning.”

This group may be a good fit if you:

Feel capable on the outside but exhausted on the inside

Have tried medication, planners, or therapy, but still feel stuck

Want strategies that work with your brain and your real life

Are ready to reduce shame and build consistent, sustainable systems
